I last spoke to Anneke Jansen, Artistic Director of Amsterdam Fringe,  a couple of years ago. Since then the Amsterdam Fringe has gained its own Spiegeltent and garden and has established itself as a major Fringe, with an edge of its own. Here, Anneke talks to Paul Levy about the Fringe she loves, and she also gives the best definition of “fringe” we have heard yet!
