Grahamstown Fringe is part of the National Arts Festival, based in South Africa. It has links with other Fringe Festivals around the world and, in this interview, Paul Levy talked to Tony Lancaster, the festivals’s CEO, about this unique arts event, a platform for local, national and international work. Tony also gives some insights to the theatre scene in South Africa.
